Hub MEA Controller – Service

About the role

As the Hub MEA Controller – Service, you will act as a trusted business partner to the Hub Manager and a key member of the regional leadership team. You will steer finance and controlling activities across multiple Middle East and Africa countries, lead a regional finance team, and help shape the future growth of the Service business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Hub Manager to influence strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Drive profitable growth, productivity improvements and capital efficiency.
• Provide financial insights that support business priorities and investments.
• Lead and develop a regional Finance and Controlling team across multiple countries.
• Influence senior stakeholders and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong finance and controlling experience in multinational environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the Energy, Industrial or Engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and decision‑making skills.
