About the role
As a Human Resource Business Partner you will work closely with the VP HRBP – International and professional stakeholders to align talent strategies with business priorities across the region. The role supports workforce readiness, embeds culture, and drives performance and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR programs covering talent planning, acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards and succession planning.
- Lead organizational design projects, creating new structures and processes that improve speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to develop metrics, identify talent trends, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR best practices and employment laws in the EMEA region.
- Facilitate effective communication and decision‑making on HR matters across units and projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a corporate HR Business Partner role, supporting business objectives and talent growth.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and EMEA employment legislation.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience managing change, organizational design, and data‑driven HR initiatives.
