Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

Keetab is seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support its growing international team in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational efficiency, talent development, and cultural alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist leaders in designing an efficient organizational structure and conduct regular diagnostics to identify issues.
• Lead talent review, development, and co‑creation facilitation to build strong talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Promote corporate culture and values through employee engagement activities that enhance cohesion and morale.
• Understand the international team’s strategy, participate from formulation to execution, and create tailored HR plans to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting international teams is preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, self‑driven attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
