Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, serving as a consultant to management on human‑resource‑related issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR‑related needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, including workforce planning and talent management.
• Manage and resolve complex employee‑relations issues, conduct investigations, and advise managers on performance, development and conflict resolution.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training programs to attract, hire and retain top talent and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Implement performance appraisal systems, guide performance‑improvement plans and continuously improve performance‑management processes.
• Work with compensation team to analyze market data, maintain competitive salary structures and oversee employee‑benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, develop and communicate HR policies and stay updated on best practices.
• Serve as primary liaison with government agencies, manage licences, permits and visas, and represent the company in official meetings.
• Utilize HR analytics to produce reports on turnover, retention and employee satisfaction and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Promote a positive work environment, drive employee‑engagement initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; CIPD or MBA is a plus.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to Saudi nationals only.
