Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the organization in meeting Saudi localisation targets, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour legislation, and providing day‑to‑day HR guidance across the business. The role requires an analytical, detail‑oriented professional comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on Saudization/Nitaqat compliance, track Saudi and non‑Saudi headcount, and prepare regular localisation reports.
• Provide guidance on Saudi Labour Law, HR policies, contracts, leave, disciplinary procedures, and support audits and inspections.
• Act as HR Business Partner to managers and employees, handling employee‑relations cases, investigations, grievances and performance matters.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning initiatives to meet localisation targets, partner with recruitment teams, and manage onboarding processes.
• Assist with attendance, leave, disciplinary and performance management processes, ensuring accurate HR documentation and coordination with payroll.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Strong, practical knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization/Nitaqat requirements.
