Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and the Head of HR to design and implement people strategies that support the company’s objectives. The role also leads a small team of HR Assistant Managers, ensuring consistent HR service delivery across the assigned functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce and talent needs.
• Lead and mentor three Assistant Managers – HRBP, providing guidance and oversight.
• Support workforce and manpower planning, as well as organizational design initiatives.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on critical hiring requirements.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention trends, and workforce analytics.
• Assist with organizational change and transformation projects.
• Utilise HR data and analytics to surface people‑related issues and support decision‑making.
• Escalate complex employee‑relations and performance matters as needed.
• Support the Head of HR on strategic HR projects and broader people initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
• Experience supervising or managing HR professionals, preferably within an HRBP structure.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
