Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR function across multiple legal entities and business units within Nabors Industries. Reporting to the HR Supervisor and receiving functional guidance from the HR Manager, the role provides comprehensive operational support throughout the employee lifecycle in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and maintain HR correspondence such as employment contracts, job offers, amendments and change‑of‑status letters.
• Draft, update and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with line managers and HR leadership.
• Process HR system transactions including recruitment requisitions, onboarding workflows, employee data updates and terminations.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and government platforms.
• Support payroll coordination and verify accuracy of related data.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation for HR metrics and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with line managers, employees, government agencies and corporate stakeholders to resolve HR queries.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience (minimum 1 month) in HR operations or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexibly in a complex, regulated environment.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external partners.
