About the role
FedEx is seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams in Riyadh as part of the six‑month Tamheer Program. This role offers hands‑on exposure to core HR processes while supporting a global logistics leader.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings, screen CVs and schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth entry into the organization.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and internal activities.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program (verify on the HRDF portal).
