Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations at Carly, a next-generation e-commerce platform reshaping automotive commerce. Based in Riyadh, you will work on-site with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition to support rapid growth.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law and company standards.
• Coordinate performance-management cycles, employee development programmes and career-path planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, attendance and payroll processes.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Lead HR projects such as engagement initiatives, culture-building activities and HR analytics to improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR operations, preferably as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a tech or fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia (or GCC) labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS tools.
• Experience in HR data reporting and analytics.
• Ability to use HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
