Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, guest‑focused Human Resources Officer to support our HR Director/Manager in delivering exceptional service to employees and aligning HR activities with our strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of front‑line staff.
• Coordinate regular sports, social and welfare activities for employees.
• Participate in the preparation of the HR budget.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date resume database for future recruitment needs.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs in line with hotel standards.
• Receive and resolve employee complaints, suggestions and queries.
• Keep a computerized employee database current and confidential.
• Support the HR Director/Manager in preparing periodic reports.
• Collaborate with all departments on HR‑related matters.
• Assist the LIFE Committee in planning and implementing employee activities.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar HR role, preferably in hospitality.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in a computerized payroll system.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all employee levels.
