About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will support the logistics and delivery operations by managing recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee relations for couriers, field staff, and operational roles.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and onboard couriers, field staff, and operational positions.
- Audit daily time logs (GAIA/BS), verify mis‑punches against CCTV, and manage daily dispatch reports.
- Reconcile weekly courier deductions, process salary increases, and support final settlements.
- Conduct 3‑month probation reviews, resolve site grievances, and handle off‑boarding and sponsor transfers.
- Maintain master employee data, update contract trackers, and run monthly active account audits.
Required profile
- 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience in logistics, express delivery, or supply chain.
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, attendance auditing, payroll inputs, and field employee relations.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with GAIA, BS, GMS, and JMS workforce management systems.
