Human Resources Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team in Riyadh on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting day‑to‑day personnel matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate processing.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and other personnel issues.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi labour regulations and internal standards.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Human Resources and HR Management.
• Proven experience in developing and enforcing HR policies.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration processes.
• Proficiency in personnel management, including employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within an on‑site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
