Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor supports the HR Lead in overseeing daily HR operations within an IHG hotel. You will help drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff relations while ensuring compliance with labour laws and hotel policies. This role contributes to an inclusive, high‑performing workplace that embodies IHG’s “True Hospitality for Good” culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
• Coordinate performance management and staff relations initiatives.
• Support training coordination and payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and internal hotel policies.
• Foster an inclusive environment that reflects IHG’s culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a luxury or 5‑star hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience in HR is preferred.
