HVAC Technician – Luxury Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

The Fairmont Ramla in Riyadh is seeking a Saudi‑national HVAC Technician to join its maintenance team. You will ensure the smooth operation of all heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment across the luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service chillers, pumps, air‑handling units and all associated air terminals and grills.
• Perform water‑treatment for chilled water circuits and manage valves, expansion tanks, and plumbing/electrical systems in the A/M and chiller rooms.
• Inspect and service exhaust fans, extractors, ventilators, fan‑coil units, cold rooms, refrigerators and ice‑maker machines.
• Attend daily briefings, receive maintenance orders, record work performed and complete log‑books for cold/freezer rooms.
• Execute preventive‑maintenance plans, urgent repairs, and any modifications requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Check mini‑bar units and arrival‑room fan‑coil units according to the maintenance program.
• Participate in the hotel’s fire‑intervention team and ensure tools and equipment are always available.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a diploma in HVAC or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
