HVAC Technician – Luxury Hotel (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all mechanical and refrigeration equipment within the Fairmont luxury hotel in Riyadh. This role ensures optimal performance of chillers, air handling units, fan coils and cold storage systems to deliver a comfortable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service chillers, pumps, air handling units and all associated water treatment circuits.
• Inspect, repair and record performance of fan coil units, cold rooms, refrigerators and ice‑maker machines.
• Monitor and adjust air terminals, grills, vents, valves, expansion tanks and exhaust fans.
• Execute daily maintenance orders, complete log sheets and report any abnormal readings.
• Participate in preventive maintenance plans and respond to urgent repair requests.
• Manage spare‑part requests and ensure all tools and equipment are available.
• Serve as a member of the hotel fire‑intervention team and follow safety protocols.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a diploma in HVAC or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and follow health and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork orientation and commitment to hotel uniform policy.
