Hydraulic Mechanic

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team and ensure the reliable operation of heavy‑equipment hydraulic systems. You will work on a variety of makes and models, performing repairs, overhauls and preventive maintenance to keep machinery running at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair hydraulic systems on all types of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Overhaul hydraulic pumps, control valves and pilot systems.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and pressure specifications.
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors and valves.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits related to hydraulic controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide technical support to internal departments and customers.

Required profile

• Education from Saudi Japanese Automobile High Institute or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 – 10 years of hands‑on experience with hydraulic systems in heavy‑equipment environments.

Required skills

• Hydraulic system installation, maintenance and repair.
• Control valve, hydraulic pump and pilot system expertise.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and pressure charts.
• Disassembly and rebuilding of cylinders, pumps, motors and valves.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting for hydro‑electrical controls.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
