About the role
The I&C Engineer will work under the Section Head to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, outages and overhauls for I&C equipment at the Rumah 1 CCGT Power Plant.
Key responsibilities
- Assign and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance jobs, coordinating with maintenance staff.
- Execute work orders through CMMS (SAP) and liaise with planning engineers.
- Prepare reports, maintain records and ensure compliance with environmental and legal requirements.
- Evaluate quotations, prepare purchase requisitions and manage strategic spares.
- Lead the maintenance group, conduct performance evaluations and provide on‑the‑job training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control engineering.
- Six to ten years of relevant experience in I&C maintenance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP as an end user.
- Experience using CMMS for work order management.
- Competent with MS Outlook for correspondence.
- Strong knowledge of hazard risk and aspect impact assessments.
