ICQA Supervisor – Inbound/Outbound Operations

About the role

The ICQA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safety, quality and performance of inbound or outbound fulfillment centre operations. You will lead a team, ensure proper staffing, drive continuous improvement and uphold a strong culture of productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources, identify training needs and manage attendance and performance.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, ensuring safety procedures are followed and incidents are documented.
• Set departmental expectations, promote teamwork, open communication and enforce company policies.
• Track production metrics, analyse data and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure support for projects.
• Mentor, coach and discipline staff, recognising top performance.
• Review timecards daily and weekly to guarantee pay accuracy.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and be prepared to rotate across departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest, dependable, team‑oriented with strong work ethic.
