ICQA Supervisor – Saudi National (Warehouse Operations)

About the role

The ICQA Supervisor will lead a team responsible for inbound or outbound fulfillment centre operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will plan resources, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, maintaining safety, quality, and member experience.
• Identify training needs, manage attendance and performance, and provide coaching.
• Set departmental expectations, promote teamwork, and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor safety procedures, document incidents, and enforce company policies.
• Track production metrics, analyze data, and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources for projects.
• Mentor staff, recognize top performance, and apply progressive discipline when needed.
• Conduct daily and weekly timecard reviews to ensure pay accuracy.
• Rotate across shifts/departments and work extended hours, arriving early and staying after shift for reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift required loads and stand for extended periods.
