Identity Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) consultant to join our cybersecurity and digital identity team. You will work directly with clients to design, implement and operate robust identity solutions that meet business and security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements for IAM/IGA solutions.
• Design IAM strategies, target architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure and customise platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock and Entra ID.
• Develop RBAC models, role‑engineering, access request workflows, certification and compliance reporting.
• Integrate IAM components (AD, Azure AD, MFA, SSO, PAM) across on‑premise and cloud applications.
• Provide training, workshops and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contractual aspects of IAM platforms.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, cybersecurity or information security.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on IAM/IGA implementation experience.
• Strong consulting background with stakeholder‑management and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
