Immigration Analyst

About the role

The Immigration Analyst will act as a strategic partner to managers, directors and external stakeholders, leading the execution and development of the immigration strategy for the region. The role involves managing complex immigration projects, ensuring efficient and lean service delivery across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage moderate to highly complex immigration casework with minimal supervision.
• Lead sequential immigration projects, anticipating contingencies and alternatives.
• Apply deep knowledge of immigration processes to propose new projects and influence strategy.
• Resolve complex immigration issues using established procedures and precedents.
• Analyze, plan and coordinate all steps of the immigration process from initial consultation to eligibility assessment and documentation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (approximately five years) in immigration case management.
• Ability to work independently and make discretionary decisions on significant matters.
• Strong analytical skills to assess immigration requirements and develop solutions.
