About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused In‑Room Dine Waiter to join our hospitality team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing attentive service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation and temperature standards.
• Set up and arrange dining areas in guest rooms according to established protocols and guest preferences.
• Respond to guest requests and special dietary requirements with professionalism and flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and housekeeping staff to coordinate seamless service.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding food presentation, order accuracy, and guest preferences.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service items.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure.

Required skills

• Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience with hospitality management software.
