About the role
The Inbound Launch & Configuration Program Manager ensures end‑to‑end launch readiness for new fulfillment centers, sortation hubs and stores across Amazon's Core, Rush and Now networks. You will lead the design, planning and execution of configuration activities, translating operational inputs into actionable readiness milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Lead configuration readiness for all new FCs, SDCs, IXDs and stores across multiple speed networks.
- Define, track and report readiness milestones for inbound, storage, outbound, systems and capacity from planning through Go‑Live.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Tech and Business teams to validate launch scope, volume ramp plans and operational dependencies.
- Standardize launch mechanisms and ensure alignment with S&OP, topology and capacity plans.
- Own configuration health and act as the single‑threaded owner for launch checkpoints.
Required profile
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Strong ability to gather requirements and produce clear, detailed documentation.
- Experience working in logistics or fulfillment network environments is a plus.
