Inbound Supply Chain Manager – Senior Program Manager

About the role

Amazon’s AMET Supply Chain team is seeking a motivated Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to shape the future of inbound operations in Saudi Arabia. You will analyze complex supply‑chain challenges, work closely with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams, and drive improvements that enhance customer experience and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan weekly inbound forecasts for the KSA fulfillment‑center network.
• Collaborate with Retail, Fulfilled‑by‑Amazon, and FC Operations on inbound planning, S&OP, and placement.
• Develop deep expertise in supply‑chain tools and lead complex data analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Standardize methodologies, create analytical models, and build tools to manage increasing supply‑chain complexity.
• Lead regional projects that improve inbound performance and execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross‑functional work with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
