About the role
The Incubator Program Manager will lead the daily operations of our startup incubator in Riyadh, ensuring that emerging companies receive the support, resources, and mentorship they need to succeed. This role combines strategic guidance, networking facilitation, and stakeholder engagement to drive the growth of the incubated ventures.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the incubator and ensure startups receive necessary support.
- Facilitate the development and growth of startups by providing strategic guidance.
- Foster and enhance networking opportunities for startups within the incubator.
- Liaise with stakeholders and investors, cultivating strong relationships and promoting startup development.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and strong management skills.
- Experience in project management and business development.
- Ability to foster and manage relationships with stakeholders and investors.
- Strong networking abilities and capacity to provide strategic guidance.
- Previous mentorship experience, preferably within a startup environment.
