Industrial Security Trainer

About the role

The university in Riyadh is looking for an Industrial Security Trainer to deliver accredited, competency‑based courses that meet national regulations and international best practices. You will work on‑site, guiding adult learners through classroom instruction, practical exercises and scenario‑based training within real and simulated industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver approved Industrial Security courses following accredited curricula and assessment standards.
• Facilitate adult learning using classroom teaching, hands‑on exercises and scenario‑based simulations.
• Conduct learner assessments aligned with competency frameworks and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records in the LMS and SharePoint systems.
• Ensure safe and compliant delivery of training in industrial and simulated settings.
• Support curriculum reviews and updates in coordination with the Head of Industrial Security and Lead Trainer.
• Adhere to institutional governance, quality‑assurance and accreditation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial security.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and critical‑infrastructure security principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate adult learning and manage classroom environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Professional certification such as ASIS CPP or PSP (preferred).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
