Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Jeddah to develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with Viola’s luxury beauty brand. This full‑time position collaborates closely with marketing, sales and social media teams to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and build relationships with influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiate collaborations, and coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Track performance metrics, analyse ROI and report results to marketing, sales and social media teams.
• Develop influencer campaign concepts, maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and audience insights to continuously optimise influencer strategies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in influencer outreach, relationship management and collaboration with content creators.
• Proven track record in social media marketing and campaign management on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to create compelling campaign briefs, review content for brand alignment and quality.
• Proficiency with analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, conversion and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
