Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement and maintain the company’s network, server and cloud environments across headquarters, branches, factories and warehouses. The role ensures secure, reliable connectivity for on‑premises systems and Microsoft Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, support and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs and internet connectivity.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance, resolve connectivity issues and maintain network security policies.
• Maintain secure links between sites, data centres and Microsoft Azure, including hybrid networking.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Implement Azure networking services such as virtual networks and VPN Gateway.
• Perform backups, patching, preventive maintenance and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Document technical configurations, create network diagrams and keep infrastructure records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic and English.
