About the role

Catchers Agency is seeking an Information Technology Lead to own the web presence, CRM platform, and overall systems management across the agency. The role focuses on driving automation, integrating tools, and continuously improving the digital ecosystem to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the company website.
• Manage CRM systems and oversee integrations.
• Structure and automate workflows using Airtable.
• Oversee IT operations, system performance, and data integrity.
• Support business teams with reliable, scalable technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across the company's digital ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong experience in web, CRM, and system management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airtable, automation tools, and system integrations.
• Experience with data security and privacy compliance, including access permissions, backups, and breach protocols.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third‑party tech contracts.
• AI‑aware, automation‑driven mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Highly tech‑savvy, adaptable, and execution‑focused.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• 8–10 years of relevant hands‑on experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; immediate availability preferred.
