Infrastructure Lead – Operations

About the role

The Infrastructure Lead will oversee the operation and maintenance of our core IT services, ensuring high availability and performance across all platforms. This senior position coordinates multiple technical teams and drives continuous improvement of the infrastructure lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure maintenance and managed services operations.
• Coordinate teams covering servers, virtualization, networks, security, storage, backup, and monitoring.
• Manage technical escalations for major and critical incidents.
• Drive incident, problem, and root‑cause resolution processes.
• Oversee maintenance, patching, upgrades, migrations, and major changes.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Support disaster recovery, service restoration, and critical incident handling.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead continuous improvement and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in large managed services environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple technical teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and participate in on‑call support.
