Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects within our market research organization. This role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives while fostering collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements, define scope, and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics using project management software, identifying risks early and applying mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of external vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and schedules.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates for senior management.
• Evaluate and implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
