Innovation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Innovation Consultant to lead and support government‑focused innovation projects. The role involves designing frameworks, guiding digital transformation initiatives, and delivering high‑impact consulting outputs for public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation consulting engagements with government clients, ensuring alignment with national digital transformation goals.
• Design and implement innovation frameworks, governance models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Provide advisory support on innovation management systems and institutional programs.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, hackathons, and solution‑design activities to generate innovative outcomes.
• Prepare consulting deliverables such as strategies, reports, presentations, and other client‑facing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, innovation management, or strategy development.
• Proven experience working with government entities and consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of innovation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, hackathons, and ideation programs.
• Advanced presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
