Inside Sales Executive – Lead Follow-up & Closing

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will own the relationship with warm leads generated by outbound campaigns, guiding prospects from initial contact to a signed purchase order. This high‑volume, conversion‑focused position requires speed, organization, and strong follow‑through to turn interest into closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly follow up on warm leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and meetings, ensuring first contact within minutes or hours.
• Understand client needs and clearly articulate how PerfectVision’s solution solves their problems, both commercially and technically.
• Handle objections, answer detailed questions, and build trust across multiple touchpoints.
• Prepare and send quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and secure purchase orders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM, logging every lead, stage, and next action.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams for demos, specifications, and delivery details.
• Provide feedback to improve call scripts and campaign quality by identifying common objections and high‑converting segments.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B inside sales, telesales, or related experience, preferably in technology or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads without letting any slip.
• Strong discipline in using CRM systems and updating pipeline data.
• Quick ability to grasp technical product details and explain them to prospects.
