Inside Sales Internship – Business Development Support

About the role

Inside Sales intern will work closely with the Business Development team to produce accurate reports, analyse data trends, and support Local Content (IKTVA) activities. The role involves maintaining trackers, preparing presentations, coordinating documentation and contributing to KPI reporting, providing a solid foundation in corporate strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers and business documentation, and coordinate with internal departments to collect information for reports and projects.
• Collect, validate and consolidate business data from multiple sources, prepare periodic reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support Local Content and IKTVA reporting activities, maintain related documentation and trackers, and monitor KPI compliance.
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items and assist with administrative and operational tasks within the Business Development function.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data‑management processes and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a cross‑functional team.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
