Insider Risk Analyst – Business Intelligence & Security

About the role

The Insider Risk Analyst will work on‑site in Dammam to analyse customer activity data, detect potential threat events and provide actionable insights. The role combines independent investigation with close collaboration with customers and internal engineering teams to enhance security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify current or potential threat‑related events, behaviors and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to focus investigations on areas of specific interest and concern.
• Prepare and deliver metric‑driven reports and data visualisations that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations and proactive measures to remediate identified threats and improve security posture.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the DTEX software platform and liaise with engineering for Tier 3 assistance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, operations or analytics, preferably with security‑related investigations.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities to interpret large, multivariate data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to senior management.
• Understanding of User Entity and Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) concepts and anomaly detection.
