Insider Risk Analyst – Dammam

About the role

The Insider Risk Analyst will work on‑site in Dammam, supporting DTEX’s behavioral intelligence platform. The role combines independent investigation work with team collaboration to detect and mitigate insider threats for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat‑related events, behaviors and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to focus investigations on areas of concern.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualisations to communicate findings.
• Develop remediation recommendations and proactive security measures.
• Maintain client trust by ensuring privacy, confidentiality and objectivity.
• Enhance existing user profiles, create new use cases and algorithms for platform releases.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for DTEX software, and coordinate Tier 3 engineering assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering to report bugs, suggest improvements and influence new features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, operations or analytics; security‑focused investigations preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience analysing complex, multivariate data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management.
• Knowledge of User Entity and Behavioural Analytics (UEBA) concepts and anomaly detection.
