Install Technician – Infrastructure Delivery (AWS)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking an Install Technician to support its Infrastructure Delivery team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on installing, upgrading, and de‑commissioning data‑center equipment while ensuring compliance with AWS quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily work orders, safety requirements, and scheduled tasks.
• Plan, install, upgrade, and retire racks, servers, and networking hardware.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to follow documented procedures.
• Accurately record all activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Identify and escalate issues promptly to support on‑time delivery of critical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise‑class networks.
• Highly autonomous, detail‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with peers and customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
