Installation Supervisor – Facade

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead façade, aluminium, wood and carpentry works for a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the installation of façade systems, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate façade installation teams on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Manage equipment operation and maintenance.
• Report progress and issues to project management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in façade, aluminium, wood or carpentry installation.
• Technical qualification such as BE/B.Tech or Diploma (any specialization).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site activities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
