About the role
Join a fast‑growing team that is building a new grocery business from the ground up in the MENA region. As the Instock Manager for Strategic Initiatives, you will own inventory health, drive stock optimisation and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver flawless execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy and shrinkage monitoring.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise stock levels, reduce excess and aged inventory.
- Analyse historical data to create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
- Partner with operations, transportation and procurement to align planning and execution.
- Escalate and resolve inventory‑related issues across the network.
- Lead continuous‑improvement projects and develop standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to work with complex data sets and drive analytical insights.
