Insurance Specialist

About the role

The Insurance Specialist will manage the company’s insurance policies supporting its engineering and contracting activities. This full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh ensures coverage terms are reviewed, renewals are monitored, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate insurance coverage terms and conditions with brokers and providers.
• Monitor policy renewals and ensure compliance with regional insurance regulations.
• Support claims handling, including documentation preparation and liaison with insurers.
• Analyse risks related to engineering projects and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Assist internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement of insurance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial insurance, preferably within engineering or construction.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in insurance‑related software and familiarity with regional insurance regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management or equivalent professional experience.
