Intelligence Weapons School Instructor

About the role

Insight Global is seeking experienced USAF Weapons School graduates to serve as Intelligence Weapons School Instructors at the Saudi Weapons School in Dammam. The role focuses on delivering advanced ISR and targeting training to Saudi aircrew and support personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver curriculum covering core ISR, operational intelligence, targeting, and weaponeering.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create courseware tailored to Saudi Air Force requirements.
• Lead practical exercises on battle damage assessment, collateral damage estimation, and precision point mensuration.
• Provide expertise in imagery and geospatial analysis, collection management, and ISR‑centric exercise planning.
• Support air‑to‑ground integration, cyber ISR operations, and the use of ISR‑related systems.

Required profile

• US civilian passport and active Secret clearance.
• USAF Weapons School graduate (Intel Patch/Intel Squadron) or current Weapons School Instructor.
• Minimum five years of operational/tactical targeting and weaponeering experience.
• Prior service as an intelligence 14N officer or F‑15 pilot with intelligence support duties.
