Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Designer to create, present, and implement design concepts that satisfy clients' spatial needs and aesthetic preferences. The role involves direct interaction with customers, on‑site analysis, and translating ideas into detailed design documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements from specifications and drawings.
• Visit job sites to assess space availability and design needs.
• Attend client meetings to capture preferences on interior styles and colors.
• Collaborate with the Technical and Design Manager to develop detailed proposals.
• Create initial design sketches, colour themes, and concept ideas.
• Coordinate with sales staff and technical teams to clarify queries.
• Obtain client approval before generating CAD drawings and detailed briefs.
• Prepare 3D presentations when required.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Ability to interpret specifications and translate client needs into design solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for detailed design drawings.
• Ability to create 3D visualisations and presentations.
• Competence in developing design sketches and colour schemes.
