Interior Designer

About the role

Awtad, a premier real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a creative and passionate Architectural/Interior Designer to join its dynamic team. In this role you will design innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect client needs and aspirations, while supporting the company’s commitment to quality, sustainability and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various projects.
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost‑effective solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases.
• Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design standards.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
