About the role
The Interior Designer will work under the Lead Architect, reviewing and coordinating interior design packages for residential apartment and hotel projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review and comment on consultant submissions (concept, schematic, detailed design, FF&E) and ensure revisions are incorporated on schedule.
- Coordinate interior design integration with architectural, MEP and fit‑out packages, supporting clash detection and design coordination.
- Manage RFI responses and maintain drawing/document registers in Procore.
- Ensure design decisions align with brand, quality standards and cost, programme or buildability constraints.
- Review tenant and operator submissions for compliance with company guidelines and provide technical input on FF&E and fit‑out specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of interior design experience, including hands‑on review and coordination of consultant packages for residential and/or hospitality projects, with international exposure.
