Internal Auditor

About the role

Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented Internal Auditor to assess internal controls, review financial information and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. The role supports effective governance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review and analyse financial data, reports and records to identify risks, discrepancies and improvement areas.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports outlining findings, risks and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve business processes and support organisational objectives.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or accounting.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate audit findings effectively.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls and auditing best practices.
