Inventory Executive

About the role

The Inventory Executive will support the inventory team leader and store operations by handling day‑to‑day inventory tasks. This role ensures accurate receipt, storage, and documentation of all merchandise, helping maintain optimal stock levels for the retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the database of all stock items and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Create and validate Goods Received Notes (GRN) against purchase orders and invoices.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and generate related documents such as PRET and LTI.
• Maintain separate handling of Brand Promise products and coordinate with the Brand Promise Officer.
• Update weekly purchase return reports for the merchandising team.
• Authorize display items with the Store Manager and reflect changes in the POS system.
• Oversee high‑value stock (HVS) activities and keep the inventory log book current.
• Conduct perpetual inventory counts, assist with annual stock‑taking, and compile SNP reports.
• Ensure the stock room is organized and monitor staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in retail management are a plus.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
