Investor Program Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat, the leading B2B events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Investor Program Manager on a six‑month contract. You will join a fast‑growing team that creates record‑breaking events such as LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA and CPHI Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑profile global and regional investors.
• Engage investors through virtual and in‑person meetings to join the Investor Program.
• Maintain and update a daily investor database, tracking assets under management and interaction history.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships, answer queries, and provide program updates.
• Collaborate with internal event and marketing teams to align investor outreach with event schedules.

Required profile

• Proactive, relationship‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investor contacts simultaneously.
• Interest in large‑scale events and the pharma/tech investment landscape.
