ISV Partner Operations Co-op (3-Month Program)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated university student to join our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) team for a three‑month co‑op. You will work closely with alliance managers to support the partner ecosystem, improve operational processes and gain insight into how cloud software partnerships scale.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enrich the ISV partner database, ensuring data quality and supporting onboarding.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports on partner certifications, pipeline and enablement progress.
• Conduct market research on software partners and emerging cloud trends.
• Coordinate cross‑functional follow‑ups with Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and help implement recurring task solutions.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Business, MIS, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or 3.75/5.0).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
