IT Administrator – Real Estate Sector

About the role

Our client, a leading real estate company based in Riyadh, is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and secure its IT infrastructure. The role involves maintaining servers, networks and supporting technology solutions that enable business operations across the property sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and maintain servers, workstations, networking devices and communication systems.
• Configure, administer and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, perform security assessments and coordinate remediation.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, data backups and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues, and liaise with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT administration, networking and cybersecurity.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, endpoint security and security monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster‑recovery processes.
