IT Assistant

About the role

The IT Assistant will support the technology infrastructure of Kaynuna Beach Escape, a beachfront hospitality venue in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the IT team, the role ensures smooth operation of computers, networks, servers and software used by hotel staff. Kaynuna Beach Escape is a 30,000 sqm destination featuring 150 sun loungers, private cabanas, a 200‑cover restaurant, a shisha lounge, a rooftop bar, sports facilities and a private jetty.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers and software systems.
• Respond to IT‑related requests and issues from staff, providing timely troubleshooting and technical support.
• Monitor and help maintain network security, backup systems and data integrity.
• Assist with installation, configuration and updates of hardware, software and peripheral devices.
• Support the IT team in managing point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and related technologies.
